✨ About The Role
- The Solutions Engineer, Implementation role at SafeBase involves being a technical champion supporting customers throughout their SafeBase journey – pre-sales, onboarding, and beyond
- Responsibilities include owning the implementation and configuration of Enterprise customer integrations, communicating with internal stakeholder groups, and providing ongoing technical support to customers
- The role also involves acting as a technical advisor to key customer stakeholders, crafting comprehensive help articles and technical content, and actively looking for ways to improve processes through experience and customer feedback
⚡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion
- Strong technical understanding of software and concepts such as Cloud Service Providers, Identity Providers, CDN’s, Authentication Providers, and Email Delivery Services
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and managing multiple moving parts during onboarding processes
- Ability to think creatively and find alternative solutions to meet customer goals with existing products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and being customer-facing to help clients achieve their business objectives
