✨ About The Role
- Develop and maintain reporting by creating, updating, and optimizing reports and dashboards for key performance indicators across sales, customer success, and marketing
- Own the go-to-market (GTM) tech stack to boost team productivity and align with evolving business requirements
- Conduct in-depth analyses using internal and external data sources to uncover trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Partner closely with leadership to manage and monitor the sales and renewal pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement operational improvements that drive efficiency across the organization
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced Revenue Operations or Sales Operations professional with at least 4 years of experience in a SaaS company
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM management and Salesforce CPQ
- Proficient in GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, Chili Piper, Intercom, Gong, Vitally
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a background in technology startups or evidence of being scrappy and proactive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
