We are seeking an International Reservation Sales Agent to join our global reservations team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—delivering seamless support and personalized service to travelers worldwide. As an International Reservation Sales Agent, you will support guests with hotel bookings and related inquiries in both English and Japanese. You will ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience through prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive on problem-solving and delivering exceptional support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and assist customers with hotel reservations, changes and cancellations.
  • Deliver accurate information on hotel offerings, policies and local attractions.
  • Resolve customer issues and special requests with care, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM and contact center systems.
  • Support operational goals through quality, efficiency and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications And Education

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, contact centers or customer service roles.
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese due to clientele profile, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume call environments with professionalism.
  • Strong customer focus with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or service certifications are a plus.

Work Conditions

  • Scheduled work hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., across a 5-day work week.
  • Includes at least 1 working day on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
  • 2 rest days are provided each week.
  • Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office per week.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet business needs.
