Support of the IT team in the operational day-to-day business, particularly in first-level support and user support
Participation in technical support (via phone, email, and ticket system)
Support in the analysis, documentation, and resolution of technical problems and incidents
Communication with users about the status of disruptions and the implementation of problem solutions
Supportive accompaniment of users in the implementation of solution steps
Redirection of complex cases to second-level support with all necessary information
Insight into diverse IT processes and the opportunity for active participation
Enrollment in an IT, business informatics, or comparable course of study
Interest in technical issues and IT processes
Structured, conscientious, and reliable working method
Team capability and strong communication skills
Experience in handling MS Office and common IT tools
Good English skills in both speech and writing
