In Nürnberg, we specialize in EW on Airborne Radar Electronic Support Measures (R-ESM), Electronic Countermeasure (ECM), Communication Intelligence (COMINT), Communications Electronic Support Measures (C-ESM), and the fusion of data from various sensors.
Analysis, definition, and maintenance of system, subsystem, and software requirements for complex SigInt systems
Structuring and management of requirements including traceability over the entire system lifecycle (top-level to verification)
Conducting and moderating requirements reviews, coordinating with internal specialist departments and technical interface partners
Supporting system architecture by deriving technical requirements and ensuring consistency between architecture, design, and requirements
Participating in change and configuration management as well as verification and validation concepts
Incorporating ILS and lifecycle aspects such as maintainability, support concepts, technical documentation, and operational requirements in the requirements phase
As part of our team, you will be responsible for the structured translation of customer requirements into implementable, verifiable technical specifications and will accompany them from the early concept phase to system acceptance. You will act as the central interface between development and lifecycle-oriented disciplines, ensuring that our systems are sustainably operable and supportable.
Completed degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in requirements engineering of complex technical systems
Domain knowledge in the area of governmental or military signal intelligence is advantageous
Knowledge of common methods and tools such as DOORS, V-Model, Enterprise Architect, or similar
Initial experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and product-accompanying lifecycle topics would be advantageous
Structured, analytical working method as well as strong communication and team skills
Very good German and English language skills
