Your Role

As a Quality Management Engineer (QME), you work to standardize and streamline the company's internal working methods. You ensure that routines, customer requirements, and authority requirements are followed by the business. As a QME, you manage and develop the business's management system in an advisory and supportive role. The role has a strong focus on implementing internal audits against ISO standards and AQAP. You will also work on establishing routines that ensure compliance with requirements, as well as reviewing how working methods are described and that the descriptions work in reality. You will initiate improvement needs and also support the business in their improvement work. Being helpful to the organization in general quality issues is another task included in the position.

Location according to agreement. Travel between our sites is possible.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with adequate higher education in the quality field. If you have experience from similar tasks in a technology-heavy business, we see it as a big advantage. It is advantageous if you have experience in change and/or training projects, as well as an understanding of the development of support systems and the ability to interpret the business's needs. Knowledge of ISO standard 9001 is a prerequisite, and knowledge of 14001, 45001 AQAP2110 is an advantage if you have it.

To succeed, we see that you are outgoing, curious, and alert. You are responsive, goal-oriented, structured, and responsible. You must also master Swedish and English in speech and writing. The position requires that you undergo and pass a security clearance according to current regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, it may, in appropriate cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
