Your Role

Are you an experienced project leader ready for a new exciting mission? We offer a role in a sharp team working with advanced products in modern development environments!

You will be part of the Product Engineering section working on IT-security in ground support systems for Gripen. The systems are central in the tactical, technical, and maintenance loop to ensure that Gripen has high availability and operational effectiveness.

As a project leader with us, you are an important cog in the product development process, from early concept phases to operational deployment with the customer. You will have many contact points, making your communication skills central to your success in the role.

You will coordinate, distribute, and systematically follow up incoming assignments for our team within the section. At the same time, you will ensure the quality and delivery of the operations within given time, financial, and resource frames, in accordance with contract requirements. This also includes responsibility for and execution of resource and mission planning and follow-up for all team roles, both short-term and over a longer period.

Your Profile

You are a positive, engaged, and goal-oriented person who thrives in collaboration with others and is driven by delivering results. A university education in computer science, computer science with security, engineering, or equivalent is desirable, but knowledge acquired through other education and work experience is also of interest.

You are loyal, reliable, and have a good value base and also see the importance of having fun at work.

To thrive in the role of project leader with us, we believe you have:

• Practical experience in project/assignment management
• Ability to organize and prioritize with consideration for the whole
• Good ability to write reports, document, and perform investigations and assessments
• Interest in software/system development and possibly knowledge in IT-Security

It is meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge and understanding of security architecture, review, requirement management, and requirement analysis
• Understanding of technical systems in combination with knowledge of risks, flaws, and threats
• Knowledge of export control and information security

You are confident in your role and have an ease in presenting and explaining technical solutions from your PL role. You like to work in teams and collaborate with others, but can also take great personal responsibility. Handling new questions and environments is a natural part of your daily life, and you choose simple and effective solutions. You are open to trying new ideas and want to develop both personally and professionally. It is your own curiosity and will that set the limits.
