Your Role In this role, you will become a part of our test team of 19 people who work broadly and variably with testing of both existing and new products.

You participate in the entire testing process, from reviewing requirement specifications and planning new test cases to performing and documenting tests. Some tests are conducted in the field to understand how the product is used in real situations, while others are conducted in the lab with test automation, manual testing, and building test rigs.

Testing is done at several levels: from circuit boards and individual software to assembling the parts into a product and further to the entire system. The team's focus is on verifying functions and how products work together, rather than low-level testing of individual software.

As a newcomer to the team, you will receive support from experienced colleagues and the opportunity to develop your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and work methods within testing. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad experience in testing and product development.

Your Profile We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and wants to develop within testing. You are a recent graduate or will graduate in the spring in fields such as electronics, mechatronics, or computer science. You have a broad technical interest, preferably in the direction of networks, RF, or computer technology.

In this role, you will have many contact points, both within and outside your own team, which is something you thrive on. You enjoy collaborating and have an easy time communicating technical issues in a clear and structured way. Your analytical ability and sense of order help you plan and organize work, while creativity and problem-solving skills allow you to find new paths when challenges arise. It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with or knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Knowledge in Robot Framework and Python
• Certification in testing, such as ISTQB or TMAP

The position requires that you undergo and pass approval according to current regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security class placement, it may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
