HR-Student Internship At Saab

Vi på Saab söker en engagerad och driven HR-student med pågående högskoleutbildning för en spännande praktik period under våren 2026 inom vårt HR-team. Du kommer att få möjlighet att delta i ett brett spektrum av HR-arbete, från rekrytering och search till de årliga HR-processerna.

What We Expect From You

• Ongoing college education in HR, psychology, business administration, or a relevant field.
• Interest in HR and recruitment.
• We seek someone with a clear drive, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical ability and structured working method.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

What Will You Do?

• Participate in recruitment processes and search.
• Support in the annual HR processes.
• Work on various HR projects, onboarding programs, and other initiatives.
• Own side project.
