Your Profile

We believe our next colleague has the following competencies:

• Civil engineer or BSc in mechanical engineering, marine design, or equivalent experience.
• Strong initiative and a willingness to take ownership of the outcome.
• Effective communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

It is advantageous if our next colleague has:

• Technical project management/coordination within process or product development.
• Marine industry, process, or manufacturing industry.
• Large-scale, complex development projects.
• Military background, preferably within the navy.
