As a Marketing & Sales Executive for our Fighter Radar and Missile Electronics, you will play a central role in driving sales and strengthening market presence for some of our most advanced products. The role involves both operational and tactical responsibility where you will work closely with our customers and internally with several functions to ensure that business objectives are met and that our systems are positioned effectively in the market. You will be a key person in developing long-term customer relationships, leading campaigns and negotiations, and contributing strategies to win new business.
In our Fighter Radar division, we primarily develop systems for combat aircraft, unmanned vehicles, and missile programs where we see a growing market.

We are looking for someone who is relationship-building and goal-oriented with the ability to build trust and create long-term partnerships. You have self-insight, a strong drive, and the ability to motivate both yourself and others. In negotiations, you are tactical, responsive, and communicative – you know when it’s time to push and when it’s better to adapt to achieve results.
To succeed in the role, we would like to see that you have knowledge of the defense sector and can use it to develop the business for both existing and potential customers. Experience in marketing and sales work, and preferably international operations where you have built business knowledge and understanding of complex customer needs, is meritorious. At the same time, we value your ability to quickly get into new areas. You are used to working both independently and in teams, and you combine an analytical and structured working style with initiative. Your background may be an academic degree in technology, military science, or economics. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities and your ability to combine leadership, relationship building, and business acumen.
The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification placement, it may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
