As a Marketing & Sales Executive for our Electronic Warfare systems, you have a central role in driving sales and strengthening market presence for some of our most advanced products. The role involves both operational and tactical responsibility where you work closely with our customers and internally with several functions to ensure that business goals are achieved and that our systems are positioned effectively on the market. You will be a key person in developing long-term customer relationships, leading campaigns and negotiations, and contributing strategies to win new business.
In our Electronic Warfare department, we develop world-leading self-defense systems that protect aircraft, helicopters, ground vehicles, ships, and more. We develop systems for passive eavesdropping and analysis of radar and communication signals, which provides improved situational awareness to our customers.

We are looking for someone who is relationship-building and goal-oriented with the ability to build trust and create long-term partnerships. You have self-awareness, a strong drive, and the ability to motivate both yourself and others. In negotiations, you are tactical, responsive, and communicative – you know when it’s time to push and when it’s better to adapt, to achieve results.
To succeed in the role, we would like to see that you have knowledge of the defense sector and can use it to develop the business for both existing and potential customers. Experience in marketing and sales work, and preferably international operations where you have built up business knowledge and understanding of complex customer needs, is meritorious. At the same time, we value your ability to quickly get up to speed in new areas. You are used to working both independently and in teams, and combine an analytical and structured working style with initiative. Your background may, for example, be an academic degree in technology, military science, or economics. You express yourself unreservedly in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities and your ability to combine leadership, relationship building, and business acumen.
The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification placement, it may, in appropriate cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
