To Product Unit Partner Programs we are now looking for a confident, curious and unpretentious seller.
In your role as Director Marketing & Sales you act as Product Sales Responsible and contribute to order intake within our products which are primarily subsystems to larger missile cooperation programs. You create results through clear goals, diligent work and structured planning. You drive the sales process all the way from need to contract, often in a bid team that you lead. You collaborate with different units within Dynamics, but also with other Saab units and our international partners. Customer meetings at different levels from defense ministries and end users to industry partners with accompanying travel are part of the job.
The position is located in Linköping. Travel between Saab's locations and to our European partners is a natural part of the job.
We believe you have a college or university education, or equivalent experience, and that you feel at home in an international environment. In addition, experience in government procurement, export control or other regulated areas is meritorious. You are welcome to have experience from the Swedish Armed Forces or related authorities. We use several support systems and work in a structured way, often in procurements that take a long time.
We are looking for you to have experience in sales work in a technology and industrial environment, preferably with complex products. You patiently follow up continuously, manage your time, our customers and make sure that the work is driven forward in close collaboration with different support functions in our team.
