As a DevSecOps Engineer with a focus on Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), you will play a key role in strengthening Saab's security capabilities by developing, operating, and securing future access solutions. You work in a highly competent team within Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security architecture, where you are responsible for building modern, robust, and automated ZTNA environments that support the entire organization's need for secure access, both nationally and internationally.
The role involves a great focus on automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and continuous improvement of our security and access processes, in close collaboration with several domains within Saab.
In the role, you will combine IAM, network security, DevSecOps methodology, and automation to ensure that our solutions follow Zero Trust principles. You work closely with development, infrastructure, SOC, cyber defense, and other central functions and have the opportunity to influence both technical choices, architecture, and future security capabilities within Saab.

To thrive in the role and meet the expectations, we believe you have:
Several years of experience with Zero Trust / ZTNA / SASE / SSE.
Good knowledge in networks: TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, routing, firewalls.
Experience with scripting and automation, e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible.
Experience with GitOps/DevSecOps methodology and CI/CD.
Ability to drive work independently while also contributing in a team.
Experience with ZTNA platforms such as Zscaler, Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Cloudflare, Netskope.
Skills in container technology: Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience with AD/Entra ID integration in Zero Trust scenarios.
The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, it may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
