As a DevOps Engineer, you will help automate and optimize development and operational processes. You will design containerized environments, primarily using Kubernetes, and work closely with developers and colleagues across teams to ensure that our systems remain robust, scalable, and secure.

Your main tasks include:

• Designing containerized environments with a focus on Kubernetes for public cloud platforms
• Performing continuous automation tasks using CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating with fellow DevOps engineers to identify and resolve system issues
• Monitoring and optimizing system performance to ensure availability and scalability
• Working with infrastructure as code (IaC) to create secure and reproducible environments
• Documenting and sharing knowledge to support continuous improvement within the team
• Advising and supporting customers on running applications or runtimes in containerized environments

You will be part of the Container & Cloud Platforms section within Common Tech, which currently consists of a dedicated team focused on technology solutions, methodological guidance, and strategic matters connected to tools and processes.

Your Profile

You are an experienced platform engineer and/or have a background in DevSecOps. You take responsibility for your work and enjoy sharing knowledge with others. You contribute to a supportive and open team atmosphere, and you appreciate working towards shared outcomes where everyone's efforts matter.

Required skills/experience:

• Kubernetes and other containerization technologies
• Strong understanding of automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Experience working with public cloud services
• System monitoring and logging tools, for example Prometheus and Grafana
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in both Swedish and English

Other valuable skills:

• Agile software development
• Infrastructure management, including network, storage and virtualization

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
