Our logistics team is responsible for the supply chain, production, and customer support. The team consists of about 12 employees who handle customer orders and deliveries, production planning, logistics, export control, customer support, procurement, and production. Your main duties are:

• Having close contact with our customers and handling first line technical support
• Troubleshooting and repairing customer-owned products
• Managing internal production and deliveries, i.e., software loading and hardware adjustments, as well as handling test reports and delivery documentation
• Working together with our development department, sales, and logistics representatives to support new products and customer deliveries

We believe you are an analytical and problem-solving person with good experience in practical and theoretical work with electronic products and systems (hardware and software), production, repair, and testing. Good computer skills are a prerequisite. It is also beneficial to have experience with case management systems (we use TOPdesk) as well as knowledge in IT infrastructure and communications technology.

In your role, you will have both internal and external contacts, which require a genuine interest and ability to work in a customer-facing interface, as well as a high level of communication and good skills in both English and Swedish. There may be some travel and customer training, either on your own or with colleagues. We believe these qualities and experiences make you a perfect match for this role!
