Leadership Role in Business Support Office

In the role of leader for the Business Support Office section, you will have a comprehensive view of our overarching strategies, routines, and frameworks in Fighter Production.

The section is responsible for:

• Forum for Decision/Follow-up of Business Development and Investments
• Scenario Making
• Production Strategies
• S&OP (Sales and Operational Planning)
• Costing
• Final Cost Forecasts

As the section is new, you will be involved in creating the frameworks and assembling a functional team that can support the operations in a flexible manner. The role requires that you actively seek information and work together with various parts of our operations, such as other business areas, planning, quality, procurement, industrialization, etc. You will handle a lot of information and the ability to sort and create routines for cohesion and reporting is central.

Your Profile

We welcome candidates with previous experience in the role and/or from other similar positions.

• You are self-driven, have an easy ability to collaborate with others, and the role requires you to be driven, have good communication skills, and a sense of service.
• Experience working in a staff function, strategy function, or other similar activities is desirable.
• Knowledge of production and production planning is advantageous.

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the current regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, it may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
