Your Role

As an administrator with us, you will have a varied role where you play an important part in supporting your colleagues in the department in daily work. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks within the Support Business operations, such as handling emails, scheduling, and meeting bookings. Part of your work will involve assisting in calculations and offer work, as well as conducting minor investigations. Your work will include placing orders in our internal systems like Hansa and Service Hub. You will also handle travel bookings, invoicing in Agresso, and updating internal documents.

In this role, you will work closely with other administrators and become part of a great team characterized by a corporate culture where collaboration and innovation are in focus.

Special Mission & Regional Aircraft develops and maintains Airborne Early Warning & Control Systems (AEW & C), as well as maintaining Saab's civilian aircraft (Saab 340 and 2000). The mission includes developing new solutions for new and existing customers as well as maintaining and upgrading already sold systems.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in administrative work and is structured as a person
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite and other administrative tools
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Has experience in conducting minor missions and projects

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of financial systems and project tools
• Additional language skills

The position requires that you undergo and pass the applicable security clearances. For positions where Saab requires security classification placement, it may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
