Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointments
2. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
3. Support cross-border operations by managing, sharing, and coordinating required paperwork across internal teams
4. Communicate with carriers and drivers to ensure smooth execution of shipments
5. Assist in building and maintaining strong carrier relationships
6. Proactively identify and help resolve operational issues or delays
