✨ About The Role
The role involves partnering with GTM leaders to scale the GTM team from strategy through execution
Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing business transformation initiatives, enhancing partnerships playbook, and establishing conversion reporting
The role is based in New York City and reports directly to the VP of Revenue and Operations
The candidate will be responsible for refining GTM strategy, project prioritization and execution, creating internal and external enablement materials, defining and iterating on the Customer Engagement Process, and overseeing the GTM tool stack

A candidate with a technical degree and experience in consulting or investment banking, ideally with 1-2 years in B2B SaaS, and a total of 2-4 years of working experience
Someone who enjoys building functions and processes from scratch, is curious and enjoys learning new things, and is efficient in using data and automation to streamline processes
