Opportunity: Requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow implementer, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect. Solid experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. Advanced knowledge of multiple ServiceNow platform products (not limited to just one or two modules). Mandatory knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), project delivery, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills, working in both internal and client environments. Customer-oriented profile and ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple priorities. Desired knowledge and skills ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification. Experience in managing operations aligned with the organizational vision. Ability to identify trends and validate results through analysis and metrics. Experience in process automation and operational productivity improvements. Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management frameworks. Familiarity with agile methodologies and associated tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in configuration management.
Activities: Activities and Responsibilities Design solutions that align business requirements with the standard capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, generating value and results for the business. Manage product roadmaps and contribute to the definition of new product strategies and functionalities. Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user stories and technical specifications. Act as an expert in one or more ServiceNow products, disseminating knowledge and best practices to the organization. Provide technical guidance to development teams and clients, prioritizing the use of standard functionalities and minimizing customizations. Solve complex problems and propose solutions aligned with global strategies of PwC. Act in partnership with Product Managers in defining solutions for use cases and business requirements. Support initiatives for process automation and operational productivity improvement. Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture and technological governance.
