Job Purpose: To design, develop, and test new products and improvements to existing products, working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure products meet customer requirements, industry standards, and company objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development of innovative product designs and solutions based on customer needs and market trends.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and prototypes.
• Use CAD software to design and model new products and components.
• Receive supervisor's feedback and make necessary design adjustments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of product development are aligned and integrated.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project status, technical challenges, and solutions to supervisor.
