Purpose of the Position

The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for executing the mechanical assembly of equipment in accordance with engineering specifications, technical documentation, and applicable standards (NFPA, NRF). This position guarantees the integrity, functionality, and quality of each unit, contributing to on-time deliveries, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly processes.
  • Prepare and organize the required tools, materials, and components according to work specifications.
  • Perform mechanical assembly using manual tools, electrical tools, and designated equipment, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Execute in-process and final inspections to verify correct assembly, identify deviations, and support timely corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards at all stages of the assembly flow.
  • Support basic mechanical problem-solving and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, quality personnel, and engineering teams to resolve technical doubts and ensure the correct execution of tasks.

Skills / Languages

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Handling of manual and electrical tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions.
  • Basic digital literacy (preferred).
  • Great attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability within structured processes.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Spanish required; English desirable.
