Compensation: USD 39,915 - USD 58,822 yearly
Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
Responsible for maintaining department files
May assist with production planning and special projects
Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Basic knowledge of Google Applications
Preferred previous data entry
Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills must be excellent
Job requires the ability to exert up to 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 - 25 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members as assigned.
Other duties as assigned
Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Shift Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.23- $28.28 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
