As a privately held, full-service design-build firm specializing in fast-track commercial construction for the Department of Defense, RQC provides fully integrated design, engineering, and construction solutions.
We are currently seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead and expand our Electrical Engineering team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for technical excellence, team development, and project oversight across our electrical design engineering group. You'll drive innovation, ensure design quality, and play a key role in shaping the future of our engineering department. This role demands deep expertise in DoD-specific standards, interdisciplinary coordination, and the ability to lead and grow a team dedicated to serving U.S. military clients, all in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the enterprise.
