About This Opportunity

Join a small team that is dedicated to the delivery of a diverse, interesting, and challenging portfolio of projects that make a real difference to our patients, communities and our people.

The Business Analyst's focus is to ensure that every project is aligned to our strategic plan, has a compelling business case, and adopts a collaborative and human centred led approach to the design, implementation and transition of project outcomes.

Specifically, you will:

  • Analyse complex business functions, document current and future states, and identify key challenges and opportunities.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, build consensus, and ensure stakeholder alignment on project outcomes.
  • Co-design human-centred, sustainable business solutions and develop user journeys, process maps, user stories, and specifications.
  • Support implementation and change activities, including risk mitigation, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

About You

You are:

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis and business case development in complex, multi-functional organisations.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Experience applying human-centred design principles and delivering sustainable, user-focused business solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

To be considered for the role you require:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a business project environment.
  • The ability to work independently with limited direction while managing competing demands to meet deadlines.
  • A high level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with issues of a sensitive or personal nature.
