We're growing our in-house compliance and assurance team and looking for a high-potential early-career Junior Safety Engineer to help deliver exciting projects into the hands of our customers. You'll work directly with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Product Owners to ensure the products and systems we design are safe, dependable, and compliant with relevant standards. You'll have the opportunity to shape the design and development of safety activities across the full project cycle, by supporting the planning, analysis, and documentation - from requirements and design through to integration, verification, and validation.
We're seeking someone with a strong technical foundation who is eager to develop their skills in safety engineering and assurance. While previous experience in safety engineering isn't essential, you should demonstrate genuine curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated early-career engineer to build a foundation in safety and assurance, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop towards a more senior role within Rowden's growing compliance and assurance team.
