About the Team:
Using data, research and expert analytical skills, our Planning & Distribution team helps ensure we have the right products in the right places at the right time. In partnership with cross-functional teams like Production, Digital Commerce, Merchandising and Retail, these wizards forecast, plan and manage our inventory—so we can continue to delight our customers with the products they love.
About the Role:
The Wholesale Planning Manager will own the creation, management and execution of end-to-end sales and inventory strategies to achieve or exceed sales plans. This position will lead the Wholesale Planning function for the company and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced high growth environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only skilled in demand planning, but also embodies a growth mindset, balancing the day-to-day with building systems for tomorrow. This role requires a strong collaborator who can work cross-functionally to align demand plans with inventory needs.
What You'll Do:
Own sales, inventory and receipts including the following:
Demand Planning & Inventory Management:
- Demand Forecasting: develop and maintain accurate data-driven demand forecasts using historical data, market trends and sales input. Continuously analyze Point of Sale (POS) data to identify growth opportunities
- Inventory: Develop receipt plans that maximizes sales and mitigates inventory risk
- Financial Alignment: Own, negotiate, and communicate financial targets vs. bottom up roll across Open-To-Buy and Investment Review process for your functional area to the cross functional team
Collaboration:
- Build strong cross functional relationships across Wholesale, Merch Planning, IT, Merchandising, Production and key external partners
- Macro Mindset: Recognize macro-economic or socio-cultural events that can impact demand magnitude changes to particular products or product attributes. Recommend strategies to react and respond to from an investment or in-season management perspective
- Production Partnership: Partner with production and logistics teams to communicate replenishment and initial order needs and timelines. Influence and manage up to ensure optimal delivery timing
- Reporting: Develop, run and publish reporting to the cross functional team as the single source of information. Manage weekly ATS report
- Tools: Develop and evolve planning tools with head of merchandise planning, wholesale team and IT
You Are:

You Have:
- 3-5 years experience as a planner in a multichannel consumer brand
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of optimizing sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to peers and senior leadership
- Proficiency using financial metrics to measure the performance of the business
- Agility in learning and leveraging new tools, systems, and technologies to enhance planning effectiveness

Pay Range:
$120,000 - $145,000 annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
