We are seeking an Allbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Go-to-Market team. As an Allbound SDR, you'll own the top of the funnel: qualifying inbound leads, driving outbound prospecting into target accounts, and creating meaningful first impressions with Rose Rocket's TMS.
This role is about pipeline creation. You'll balance speed and care in responding to inbound leads with creativity and persistence in outbound prospecting. You'll uncover prospect needs through discovery, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, and ensure every interaction leaves prospects with a positive impression of Rose Rocket.
The ideal candidate is motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. You have experience in outbound calling or prospecting, and you're ready to expand into a hybrid role that combines inbound responsiveness with outbound hustle.
