We are seeking an Allbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Go-to-Market team. As an Allbound SDR, you'll own the top of the funnel: qualifying inbound leads, driving outbound prospecting into target accounts, and creating meaningful first impressions with Rose Rocket's TMS.

This role is about pipeline creation. You'll balance speed and care in responding to inbound leads with creativity and persistence in outbound prospecting. You'll uncover prospect needs through discovery, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, and ensure every interaction leaves prospects with a positive impression of Rose Rocket.

The ideal candidate is motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. You have experience in outbound calling or prospecting, and you're ready to expand into a hybrid role that combines inbound responsiveness with outbound hustle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all top-of-funnel activities: inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and follow-up from events/marketing campaigns
  • Represent Rose Rocket at industry events and field marketing activities (travel required ~10%)
  • Respond to inbound leads with urgency, qualifying fit and booking meetings for Account Executives
  • Research and prospect into target accounts using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Conduct discovery to understand prospect pain points and opportunities before AE handoff
  • Maintain accurate notes and data integrity in CRM systems
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on lead quality, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
  • Share insights from prospect interactions to help refine outbound strategies

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • 1+ year experience in an outbound sales or prospecting role (transportation/logistics experience a plus)
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound activity (cold calling, emailing, social outreach)
  • Ability to qualify inbound leads quickly and thoughtfully
  • Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience with field marketing and representing a company at industry events and trade shows, including willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving sales environment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding individual quotas or activity targets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to different personas
  • Team-first mindset with a hunger to learn and grow into more senior sales roles
