• Atuação em 2 unidades de negócios (futuramente possibilidade de uma terceira)
• R&S – vagas operacionais, adm, liderança, efetuadas (in house) e atuação com consultorias e agências
• Treinamento e desenvolvimento – criação, condução, controle, suporte e manutenção do sistema
• Treinamento técnicos, operacionais e comportamentais (locais e cascateamentos globais)
• Gestão treinamentos POPs
• Projeto de implementação sistema NOVO de gestão de treinamento
• Condução onboarding
• Atendimento auditoria
• Plantão noturno – 2 vezes por mês (até por volta das 21h com compensação posterior)
• Terá atuação como HRBP
• Atuar em grupos e comitês internos e globais para cascateamento de ações
