Global HR Business Partner

To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Global HR Business Partner for the company support functions. This position will be based in La Madeleine (Lille).

Your Mission

As a Global HRBP for the support functions, you will be a strategic partner for our global support teams, including Finance, Digital, Legal, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy, etc.

You will work closely with the heads of these functions to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the group's objectives, foster a culture of performance, and contribute to the success of the organizations.

This role requires an excellent understanding of global HR practices, a solid business orientation, and agility in leading change with the teams.

You will bring your experience and expertise in various areas:

Business & Strategic Orientation

  • Ensure the implementation of HR strategies and policies and their application while contributing to the evolution and improvement of processes (assessment of operational/commercial needs and expectations of managers and employees...)
  • Provide advice on HR issues, including workforce planning, talent management, team organization.

Talent Management

  • Ensure the implementation of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain the best talents for the support functions.
  • Conduct career interviews, training, mobility management, skills management, etc.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees and create succession plans for critical roles.
  • Participate in workforce planning and succession plans to ensure that the organization has the necessary talent to meet current and future business needs.

Employee Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values and promotes employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Change Management

  • Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and process improvements, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with function heads to identify and address skills and training needs.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects.

Focus on Data

  • Use HR analytics and data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and ad-hoc visibility to function heads on HR trends and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in HR.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a multinational organization.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and global best HR practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and information systems; experience with HR analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
