Roomhero GmbH, a leading company in the field of construction and remodeling of residential and commercial properties, is looking for a dedicated project manager operations (m/w/d). With headquarters in Frankfurt and a dynamic team size of over four employees, we offer an exciting opportunity to work in a growing company in the real estate industry. As part of our team, you will be significantly involved in the successful implementation of our projects and drive our operational business forward. Responsibilities

• Coordination and monitoring of construction projects in residential and commercial areas
• Planning and control of resources, budgets, and schedules
• Communication and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Review and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Creation of regular reports and documentation for management

Qualifications

• You are passionate about supply chain and operations management.
• You are an open person with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• You have excellent German and English language skills.
• Good Polish language skills are a plus.
• You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and service orientation towards our customers is a top priority for you.
• Structured work, high self-organization, and multitasking are not foreign to you.
• You recognize and seize opportunities and have a high problem-solving ability.
• You work reliably, quickly, and result-oriented. You have a high level of comprehension and like to design efficient processes.
• You always have the big picture in mind and ensure that we move a step closer to our mission every day.
• You have a high willingness to travel and enjoy being on-site at our nationwide projects when needed.
• You have a driver's license.
