With headquarters in Frankfurt and a dynamic team size of +4 employees, we offer an exciting opportunity to work in a growing company in the real estate industry. As part of our team, you will play a significant role in the successful execution of our projects and will drive our operational business forward. Responsibilities

• Coordination and monitoring of construction projects in residential and commercial areas
• Planning and control of resources, budgets, and schedules
• Communication and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Review and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Creation of regular reports and documentation for management

Qualifications

• An enthusiasm for supply chain and operations management
• An open-minded person with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
• A plus, good Polish language skills
• Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset and service orientation towards our customers
• Structured work, high self-organization and multitasking are not foreign to you
• You recognize and seize opportunities and have a high problem-solving ability
• You work reliably, quickly and results-oriented. You have a high aptitude and like to design efficient processes
• You always have the big picture in mind and make sure we are getting closer to our mission every day
• You have a high willingness to travel and enjoy being on-site at our nationwide projects when needed
• You possess a driver's license
