- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales development role, particularly in B2B SaaS sales.
- A self-starter who is highly detail-oriented and can quickly adapt to new information and situations will thrive in this position.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a creative problem-solving approach to engage with potential customers effectively.
- The candidate should be comfortable communicating over the phone and possess strong email writing skills to handle objections and inquiries.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot, Aircall, and Intercom will be beneficial for success in this role.
