- The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving partner growth through engagement and enablement programs within their allocated territory. - The role involves providing effective product training and onboarding support for new partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent Roofr's offerings. - The candidate will be the main point of contact for partners regarding all subjects related to Roofr and its products. - Regular travel to partner sites is expected, with an estimated 1-2 weeks per month dedicated to this purpose. - The position requires planning, forecasting, and meeting monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and quotas.

- The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in the roofing industry or related fields such as home improvement or construction. - A strong background in account management and relationship management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, is essential. - The candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with various stakeholders. - They should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - A team-centric attitude and the ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision are crucial for success in this role.
