- The Field Marketing Specialist will develop a deep understanding of the Roofr brand and target audience to execute an effective event strategy.
- Responsibilities include managing in-person and virtual events from start to finish, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- The role involves identifying new sponsorship opportunities and managing the entire sponsorship cycle, including negotiations and reporting.
- The candidate will work closely with the field marketing team to plan and execute pre, during, and post-event activities.
- Post-campaign administration, including budget reconciliation and ROI analysis, will also be part of the job responsibilities.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple event projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are necessary to nurture relationships with speakers and partners.
- A self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and work independently is preferred.
- Experience in a startup SaaS environment, particularly in the construction-tech sector, is a plus.
