- Responsibilities include managing event projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and resources are well organized.
- The role involves identifying sponsorship opportunities and managing the entire sponsorship cycle, including negotiations and reporting.
- The specialist will oversee in-person and virtual events, handling logistics such as vendor management, collateral, and technical setups.
- Post-campaign administration, including budget reconciliation and ROI analysis, will also be part of the job.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple event projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are necessary to nurture relationships with speakers and partners.
- A self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and work independently is preferred.
- Experience in a startup SaaS environment, particularly in SMB or construction-tech, is a plus.
