✨ About The Role
- The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of over 1,000 customer accounts, each at different stages in their journey with Roofr.
- The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying their pain points, and positioning Roofr’s solutions to meet their needs.
- The successful candidate will develop and execute proactive strategies tailored to different user segments to maximize customer value from Roofr’s solutions.
- Identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) will be a key responsibility.
- The Account Manager will also monitor and improve key performance metrics such as Expansion MRR, Contraction MRR, Retention Rate, and Churn Rate.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an Account Management role, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of managing a large portfolio of customer accounts, ideally exceeding 1,000 accounts, is essential.
- Strong collaboration skills are necessary, as the role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Account Executives and Implementation teams.
- The candidate should possess a solid understanding of key performance metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), churn, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are crucial for success in this role.
