As HR Analytics & IT Specialist (all genders) you will take over the following tasks:

  • Building, maintaining, and developing HR dashboards and reports together with departmental and IT partners
  • Supporting the development and implementation of automated self-service data solutions
  • Integration of new data solutions into the IT and reporting landscape including implementation of access management taking into account data protection requirements
  • Ensuring data quality and developing data sources and processes
  • Supporting the introduction of new HR IT applications and tools
  • Collaboration with HR and IT for the continuous improvement of the HR data landscape
  • Use of AI-tools for efficiency improvement and data analysis

Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree in (economic) psychology, business administration with a focus on human resources, data or business intelligence, statistics, data science or a comparable field
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and relevant key figures, as well as first practical experience in handling HR data
  • Specialized knowledge in data modeling and visualization with industry-standard analysis and visualization tools (preferably Excel, PowerBI)
  • Interest in technological trends and their application in the HR context as well as rapid acquisition of new tools; first experiences in the use of generative AI or automation tools
  • Awareness of data protection and confidentiality requirements
  • Very good English and German language skills
