As Sales Director of ROCKWOOL Benelux, you play a key role in further developing our market position in insulation products for the construction and roofing segment. You lead a commercial team that responds to this market dynamics, ensuring a future-proof sales strategy where customer focus, innovation, and collaboration are central. You are instrumental in the transition to sustainable and value-driven sales models. You work closely with our customers such as contractors and dealers.
You report to the Managing Director of ROCKWOOL Benelux and are a member of the Management Team of RW-BNL, which includes Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance. You directly manage a team of 6 managers and indirectly manage 45 colleagues.
