Factory Director

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Factory Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Ranson, WV, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader to make a lasting impact on both our operations and our community.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive operational excellence by delivering on production, cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Lead and develop a skilled workforce, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Act as the primary representative of the factory in the community, building strong relationships with local stakeholders and leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • Ensure transparent and responsive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • A proven track record of delivering operational excellence in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
  • Experience building community and stakeholder relationships in alignment with company values.
