We are seeking a Customer Service Representative position based in our Hedehusene location to join the Supply Chain & Customer Service team.

This is who we are: At ROCKPANEL, we make fire resilient exterior design cladding, and our aesthetic products are used in modern buildings all around the world. Joining our Customer Service team, you will gain 6 dedicated colleagues, 5 of whom are located in the Netherlands and 1 in Denmark, where you will also be based.
Overall, we are part of the Supply Chain, Product Compliance & Product Development in ROCKPANEL, and we work with both customers as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure world-class customer service.
You will become part of the Customer Service team of Rockpanel. The team consists of 7 team members, 5 in Roermond (the Netherlands) and 3 in Hedehusene Denmark and they describe themselves as a great team who put the customer at the first, work together in a great manner and help & back up each other.
As our customer service representative, your overall responsibility will be to provide world-class service to the full range of ROCKPANEL's stakeholders. This will primarily be for the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets, though the team always help out and cover for each other during vacations and peak times.
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our Sales teams, as well as Logistics and Production. Your shared goal will be to achieve our sales objectives through great customer services activities. Furthermore, you will grow a wide network outside our organisation, spanning external parties such as architects, dealers and contractors. Specifically, your tasks will include:
