We're seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow our presence in the UK construction market by strengthening distributor relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Promoting the Rockfon brand to target groups
• Developing the Rockfon business within the designated geographical area
• Developing tactics and account plans to capitalize on market opportunities
• Working closely with the Specification team to realize the potential of ongoing and future projects
• Utilizing Rockfon sales tools to log all activities (RockSell)
• Working closely with the Technical Services Team to ensure efficient and timely follow up of calculation requests
• Carrying out market research while maintaining competitor awareness
• Promoting and selling the technical details of the Rockfon product range while understanding legislation and its impact

What You Bring:

• Proven commercial sales experience (construction experience desirable)
• Familiarity with distribution sales channels
• Strong CRM skills
• Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset
• IT proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM)
• Experience with technical/solution selling advantageous
