As an Account Manager DACH, you will be fully responsible for the sales, service, and support activities in the field of greenhouse vegetables in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will develop and implement the regional sales strategy, manage the budget, and continuously optimize the commercial organization within the horticulture sector.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, direct customers, and key stakeholders within the entire chain. You will work largely from home and on-site at customers, supported by regular (virtual and physical) meetings with your Grodan colleagues. In addition, you will contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of sustainable cultivation systems.
You will receive a market-conforming basic salary with a bonus scheme and attractive secondary employment conditions, including a collective pension scheme, holiday pay, and a 13th month. In addition, you will have access to a laptop, iPhone, and lease car.
