Senior Sales Executive Digital Solutions, Process Industries

As a Senior Sales Executive Digital Solutions, Process Industries you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with executive and C-suite clients to improve their results through digital transformation, consulting and managed services. This includes internal professional services and related hardware & software products.

You will consult on business objectives related to innovation, strategy, product development, digital transformation, data science, and manufacturing. You will collaborate with leaders and sales/delivery teams to understand clients, industries, competitive landscape, and how to win.

You will also be responsible for driving growth for the digital business with focus on the Process Industries sector. You will report to the Regional VP, Secure Digital Operations - EMEA working based in Dubai.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Create and drive a Global Sales Business Development Engine which ensures reliable, steady sources of demand.
  • Match opportunities with the LCS Kalypso/CDM Leader & Team.
  • Establish relationships within GSM organization at the account level.
  • Develop relationships with Cybersecurity, MES, MoM and Software teams to align and drive campaigns with Sales to present and integrated Rockwell CDM selling approach.
  • Build and Grow Individual Commercial Business Development metrics.
  • Govern and support coordination of successful delivery of client projects proposed and sold.
  • Work across Lifecycle Services, Software & Control, and Intelligent Devices, to share insights that are used to make better Rockwell products and services.

The essentials you will have include:

  • 5+ years as consultancy experience in digital transformation within a well-regarded Management Consulting or Professional Services Firm.
  • Network of relationships with Senior Client Executives from the following functions: Strategy, Innovation, R&D, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, Manufacturing Operations.
  • Significant network of relationships with Senior Client Executives from relevant industries (Consumer Goods, Process Industries, Pharma).
  • 5+ years developing business and serving clients multi-nationally.
  • Domain expertise in 2 or more of the following technologies: Digital Twin/Digital ID/Modeling & Simulation/Digital Product Creation; Advanced Analytics/AI/Machine Learning; Internet of Things (IoT) – Smart Connected Operations & Smart Connected Products; A/R, V/R, X/R; Product Lifecycle Management; Service Lifecycle Management; Enterprise Information Management.
  • This position may require you to travel up 50%.
