Sales Tools Support Specialist
The Sales Tools Support Specialist supports the global sales organisation by being a champion of our CRM platform and other commercial tools for sellers, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and IIR. As such you will support the continued education on the tools; ensure data integrity; safeguard global process adherence as well as help resolve system-related issues.
The Sales Tools Support Specialist is the subject-matter expert and the 'go-to person for all CRM users and users of other relevant commercial sales and sales productivity platforms.
You will report to Sales Tools Support Manager and follow a Hybrid working schedule in Noida
Your Responsibilities:
Communication & Training
- Organise and hold training sessions on processes for all roles
- Collaborate with regional teams to communicate platform and process changes
- Promote usage of platforms and adherence to sales processes
- Recognise process improvements and communicate these with global sales process team
- Advocate for the platforms and contribute to knowledge sharing across global and regional teams
- Be the regional voice for processes, providing feedback to global sales process teams
- Help produce supplemental training materials for global and regional use including supporting local language adaptation of information
Technical Support
- System access support
- First point of contact for troubleshooting of issues
- Escalate reoccurring technical issues to the relevant support teams
- Understand how data connects from other systems into Dynamics and Salesforce (Anaplan, SAP, ProMS)
- Help create custom views and dashboards in CRM and other relevant commercial sales and sales productivity platforms.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ Years extensive technical knowledge of the CRM application (Dynamics or Salesforce)
- An understanding of how other systems/data (Anaplan, PowerBI, and SAP) are connected with CRM data
- An understanding of how different user roles use our CRM
- Query creation in our CRM
- Experience in supporting a global sales organisation
- Fluent in English (working language), and fluency in one or more other languages (e.g., French, Spanish, and Portuguese)
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Certification on Dynamics or Salesforce CRM systems, but not required
- Agile worker, both independently and collaboratively
