Sales Support Representative, Asia Pacific
Rockwell Automation is hiring for a Sales Support Representative, Asia Pacific to be based in our Xiamen, China office.
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, AP, you will play a key role in a team dedicated to supporting the Sales organization. You will streamline sales operations by providing essential support in seller queries for navigation, issue resolution, and commercial support such as quoting.
This role is foundational, establishing processes and best practices for the team, while ensuring a high level of service to both internal stakeholders and external customers. Your contributions will help reduce administrative workload for sales professionals and enhance customer experience.
You will collaborate with sales, internal operations teams, and customers, building and adopting global standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver pricing and quotation support for sales activities
- Assist with seller queries and direct them to appropriate departments
- Provide first-level support for internal processes and tools
- Liaise with sales, internal teams, and customers
- Help document and establish new processes for the region
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- At least 2 or more years of experience in operations support within a technology-based organization
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Proficient in English and Chinese languages - both conversational and written
