Job Description

This is a hybrid role based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and will report to the Cyber Professional Services Team Lead.

What you will do:

• Oversee all project/program activities - commercially and technically
• Act as primary contact for customer and commercial team
• Drive resolution for all open issues
• Frequently interact with others to build productive internal/external working relationships

Skills you have:

• Be able to receive assignments in the form of high level objectives and determine appropriate steps forward
• Be able to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks associated with multiple projects executing in parallel
• Be able to quickly drive effective resolution to customer escalations
• Be a mentor to peers, for PM technical and commercial best practice

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree
