AP Early Career Program Manager

We are looking for an AP Early Career Program Manager to be based in Singapore.
You lead and evolve our competency programme across the AP region, including the Engineer in Training (EIT) Programme, internships, and growth in the Early Career programme space.
You will:
- Partner with AP and global team to understand strategic workforce needs and translate them into programme direction.
- Work directly with AP HR and Business leaders to understand headcount requirements for the programmes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to guide recruitment strategy and candidate pipelines.
- Lead programme design and evolution for AP Early Career initiatives (EIT, Intern, rotational programmes).
- Partner with peer programme managers globally to ensure synergy, consistent quality, and shared best practices.
- Increase internal and external awareness of Early Career programmes across the region.
- Lead innovation in programme design, content, and delivery to meet evolving needs.
- Partner with the AP Competency team to understand work priorities and ensure Early Career talent is prepared to funnel into their programmes.
- Management of the associates in Early Career Programme (EIT, Intern)
- Support the management and development of competency programme participants across EMEA.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to monitor progress and growth.
- Provide on-the-spot feedback and guidance to participants to foster continuous improvement.
- Mentor associates build technical, professional, and cultural competencies.
- Promote a culture of learning, inclusion, and safety within the competency programme.
- Daily operation of the Early Career Programmes (EIT, Intern)
- Support daily programme operations, including coordination of learning sessions, labs, and projects.
- Coordinate programme logistics.
- Coordinate travel logistics with Global Mobility.
- Oversee relationship with local vendors that support the programme (hotel, shuttles).
- Manage the programme agenda and staffing (labour share plan to ensure full technology coverage and student to staff ratio).
- Lead the onboarding activities for programme participants.
- Lead/contribute to professional skills development sessions and orientation activities.
- Project management and execution of main RAU projects
- Lead and be accountable for project management and execution of programme-related initiatives.
- Gather and share feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure governance and operational excellence standards are consistently met.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Legal authorization to work in Singapore
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Travel 10-30% of time, domestic or international
- Support long hours on critical times during the EIT Program Delivery, and support off hour global calls
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Understanding of Industrial Automation as a business
- Experience in the early career space
- Mentoring/coaching experience
