Rockefeller Capital Management Operations Specialist

Rockefeller Capital Management was established in 2018 as a leading independent financial advisory services firm. Originally founded in 1882 as the family office of John D. Position

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for operational onboarding, enhancement training, procedure creation and maintenance within the Rockefeller Global Family Office business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, publish, and maintenance of operational procedures
  • Facilitate training of platform capabilities to onboarding and existing colleagues
  • Development and maintenance of platform training materials
  • Perform maintenance of internal resource repositories
  • Use statistical methods and artificial intelligence to analyze information and develop training solutions to drive operational efficiencies

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in financial services
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organization
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and operations is required
  • Training development & delivery experience preferred
  • Familiarity with financial operations procedure structure is preferred
  • Program development and project management experience preferred

Skills

  • Highly motivated, self-starter that possesses the ability to work independently and has a desire to drive operational excellence
  • Exceptional ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization of critical deadlines
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal); exceptional interpersonal abilities, team player, works well across teams
  • Detailed working knowledge of MS Office Suite tools
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and exercise sound judgment and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with colleagues to achieve a common goal
  • A creative and analytical thinker with an execution mindset passionate about identifying opportunities and driving solutions
  • Intellectually curious, high energy, driven, ambitious

Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Rockefeller Capital Management offers a comprehensive benefit package including health coverage, vacation time, paid leave, retirement plan, and more.
